ALL components are delivered to our customers ready to install WITH all necessary hardware and fasteners INCLUDED for installation. NO hardware kits to purchase and only easy and fast assemble!
It takes approximately 18 fasteners to install an JH Steel Sliding Door and a 6-12 fasteners to install a front or divider grille. At JH Steel, we do the majority of the work for you! JH Steel includes detailed instructions and has a 24 hour dedicated technical advice service, in the event you have a question after hours or weekends.

A: We are a manufacturer having more than 20 years of production experiences. We have two factories and owns more than 150 experienced engineers and workers.
Q2: How do you control your production quality?
A: We have an independent QC team. Our QC team do sample inspection, part inspection during production and 30% final inspection before shipment.
Q3: Can I have a visit to your factory before placing an order?
A: Sure, welcome to visiting our factory. Our factory address is Anping, Hebei Province, China.
Q4:Can I have a sample for testing?
A: Actually we think samples are not very important.You can buy from anywhere.But we think our cargos will better then any others.
Samples will be 10% -30% higher then the cargo.
Q5:Can I add my logo on the product?
A:Yes,OEM and ODM are available for us.
Q6:How to order ?
1.Please tell us the model with quantity and other requirement which you needed.
2.We issue the Proforma Invoice to you after confirmed the price and other details.
3.We arrange the order production upon receipt of confirmed PI and your deposit by T/T.
4.After the goods is ready to ship, we will inform you the shipment date and other informations by email at the same time.
5.We will help to track your goods until you receive them safely.

A:We will send you the spare parts by free if the problems caused by us.
If it is the men-made problems,we also send the spare parts,but you should pay.
